After spending a few days in the Park, we embarked on a five day guided Llama packing trip into the mountains.
Karen had researched guided Llama treks and come across a couple that ran multi-day treks into the mountains around Yellowstone and Teton National Parks. We hiked back two days to a wonderful alpine lake setting in the Gallatin National Forest, just outside Yellowstone. It was the kids first real wilderness hiking adventure, and having someone there to set camp and cook the meals made roughing-it a real pleasure....
