International Cuisine

Ethnic Foods: These foods are the foods belonging to, or being distinctive of a particular country, racial, or culture. These foods can be cooked in many different ways or styles, but the method or procedure will always stay the same world wide. What I really mean is that for example, weather you are sautéing or fring in a wok or skillet, you would always heat the oil until it is very hot first, etc. These rules of thumb generally apply to most of cooking and life in general.

The recipes below will try to be as close to being authentic as possible, without having to cook or better yet eat cats, dogs, or rats. Due to the lack of availability in different parts of the world, these recipes may have a slight North American twist to them. Foe example the cat in a recipe may be replaced by chicken and so on, but try not to think about it to much.
