Annie Copelan
Mrs Annie Frances Copeland of Covington died Aug. 16 after a lengthy illness at the age of 73.
A native of Morgan County, she was a member of Mansfield Methodist Church and a homemaker.
Funeral services were held Aug. 17 at Mansfield Methodist Church with the Rev. Steve Davis officiating. Interment was at Carmel Churchyard in Mansfield with J. C. Harwell & Son in charge of the arrangements.
Surviving are her daughter, Frances Parker, Mansfield; brothers James Ballard and Dan Ballard, both of Buckhead; sisters, Minnie Rowland, Covington; Sara McCord, Oxford; Hattie Head, Madison; Thelma Vaughn, Covington; June Powell, Oxford and Ethel Alexander, Porterdale; two grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
