Until this year I have never done an overnight trip in my kayak, and then I did the Middle Kings. Our group: Scott Lingren, Dave Persolija, Derek Beitler, Aaron Beitler, Robert Hoge and myself, is the third group to complete this six day expedition.

The river itself is approximately 45 miles of runnable class 4-5+ whitewater, the access is the most difficult part, we had to hike our way in, 13 miles up and over Bishop Pass(13,000 feet), then we get to the whitewater. The experience that was unbelievable was seeing the most incredible views that I have laid my eyes on and how only a handful of people will be able to have the same experience.
