About Paperchase Records

Once known as the best kept secret in Fort Worth, Texas, Paper Chase Records first hit the scene in 2000 with a group named the Glass Key Boyz. After months of performing from stage-to-stage, this six-member team gained local attention by selling mixed tapes from the trunks of their cars. It didn’t take long for their unique free-style flow to create a buzz around town. Eventually, the Glass Key Boyz became a staple of the local underground music scene.
Four soldiers marching for the cause – this group is committed to changing the tone of the industry and become renowned generals of Down South music. They rappers call their music an art form – paintings that depict life in what many call the Dirty South.
With hard beats and brash lyrics, Southern Hip-Hop has taken over in the 21st Century.  Breaking the scene with the hit single, “I Say Aay” four southern raised men have conquered the playing field in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. Who are these talented young men that exemplify the meaning of originality, individuality, and commitment?

Collectively, these brilliant trendsetters represent a movement that is advancing nationwide at the speed of light, breaking into the music industry.  Their intentions are to not only change the tone, but to stand as Generals of Down South Music.  This movement is known as the Appetite 4 Cash Movement.  Paper Chase Records is not just another local group seeking overnight fame and fortune.  In addition to concerts, tours, and performances with legends such as Pimp C, Lil’ Keke, Lil Webbie, Ms.B, Young Joc and Def Jam’s latest Rick Ross, Paper Chase Records considers community service and their responsibility as community role models a priority.  Paper Chase Records views the admiration of our nation’s youth as an opportunity to teach them how to become productive members of society, regardless of their life circumstances.
