I sent a VHS copy of "pictures" to Propaganda in 1994, so far I've had my "Pop" idea ripped off so it'll be interesting to see if this has been ripped off too!
This is a VCD version with added "interference" not included in the VHS version (no longer available)
"A man makes a picture, a moving picture" this is a cut-down version from a VideoCD, cut to half its size so picture quality has suffered in the rendering process... The image below is half the size of the VideoCD. which is 352x288, which is half the size of DVD.
WARNING: This VIDEO contains footage of REAL atomic bombs and the affects of radiation fall-out on its victims... you've been warned!
