Publications
The Russellian Society produces two publications: Cogito and the Proceedings of the Russellian Society.
Cogito
Cogito is the student journal of the Society, published in conjunction with the Socratic Society of the University of New South Wales twice a year, containing essays and articles by students (and occasionally academics) of both Universities.

This edition of Cogito was edited by Matthew Boss, Andrew Montin and Tudor Protopopescu.
We are now calling for pieces for the next issue of Cogito, which we plan to have out by the beginning of next semester. There is no definite word limit on pieces (though nothing excessively long), nor is there a restriction to the subject matter; so if you have something good you have written lying around, or you have an idea for something, send it to Tudor at [email protected]. A provisional deadline for submissions is the last day of classes (Arts).
The Proceedings
"Felix qui potuit rerum cognoscere causas"
The Proceedings is the collection of talks delivered to the Society in a given year, and have been published since the founding of the Society in 1975.
At present we are awaiting confirmation of funding from the University of Sydney Union before we can print last year's Proceedings.
Availability and Enquiries
Both the Proceedings and Cogito will be available from the Co-op Bookshop at the University of Sydney, the University of New South Wales Bookstore, Gleebooks, and from the Society directly at our meetings.
All previous issues of the Proceedings are available from the University of Sydney Library (Fisher), the State Library of New South Wales, and the National Library of Australia.
For more information on these publications including back issues, email the Publications Manager, Tudor Protopopescu: [email protected].
