My name is Russell Neil, I am a financial advisor working for a coal mining company based in Jakarta, Indonesia. My background is as an accountant and financial advisor for a number of mining companies including:

I have also worked on projects in the Diamond mining and Dolomite mining sectors. In addition I have worked in several non-mining sectors including: Oil & Gas, Paper & Packaging, Cosmetics and others.
My background in the mining industry and in recent years, coal mining, has resulted in my HO/OO layout being built around a coal mine.
I have been married to my beautiful wife Halima for almost 5 years now. She incessantly puts up with trains hobbies and is extremely tolerant when I need to spend more on it.
I have a son, Benjamin, who is two years old and as madly in love with trains as I am. I have some Sound CD's of trains choofing along and he will happily go to sleep to these.
It is to my wife, Halima, and son, Benjamin, to whom this website is dedicated. Without their support I would not be as half train crazy as I am today.
