This map covers our "operational area" to the south of Jebel Rum. Only the northern part of this map figures on the maps that are generally available. The road stops at Rum village to the east of Jebel Rum and this is usually where we meet, at the Wadi Rum Resthouse. This map includes places like Jebel Barrah and the Barrah Canyon, Jebel Burdah and the Bridge and Jebel Khazali. It also shows the Suweibit area where we can take you in a jeep for an extra day in the desert into the wide and lonely valley of Wadi Saabit and the Khasch where we often lead hikes. In the far south you can see Jebel Um Adaami on the Saudi border (see the "No Man's Land" scrambling trek)  |
