Brainiax
began back in the late 19th century when a small group of friends came together to ponder the existence of fish. As the years progressed, this small group began to grow as people from all over the world felt a hunger for knowledge of the unknown and in time, it became one of the largest groups of free thinkers ever known to mankind. With this, the "members" of Brainiax began to feel the necessity of keeping the group's existence a secret, because they knew there were those that would seek to destroy such a group. They proved successful in keeping Brainiax, along with its philosophies and ideas, out of the proverbial "lime light" even though the group's popularity had grown wildly and its members included such greats as Piccaso, Einstein and Franklin (just to name a few).

They were so successful, as a matter of fact, that they eventually caused their own extinction. With the rise of the material era, the members who still took pleasure in seeking the truth of existence, found themselves in quite a dilemma. It seemed that most of the members no longer wanted to take the time to ponder life and what may lie beyond the realm of imagination, when they had so many shinny new toys to play with! So, with a preservation for life and a keen sense of "how to make a quick buck," the last few decided to leave the memory of Brainiax behind.

Those people are dead now.

A new era of personal growth and enlightenment is upon us and we, as the descendants of those first few, have chosen to revive Brainiax to all its former glory! Although we no longer wonder about the intricacies of fish (for the most part), we do wonder about what makes us, as human beings, tick. What motivates us? What brings us joy? What hurts our hearts? Why do certain things affect us the way they do? These, as well as many others, are the questions we seek to find answers to. We all have our own thoughts on what the truth is and what really matters in life, and with the new technologies available, we are now able to share these thoughts and philosophies with you.

As you look over the Brainiax website, you will notice that a lot of what we write is done in a humorous and/or sarcastic manner -or at least we hope it is. That's because here at Brainiax, we believe in the philosophy that laughter is the pendulum for which all life should revolve. Not to mention, we really want you to love your visits here and as we've come to find out, it's very hard to hate something you're laughing at.

Thank you for visiting these pages and if you have any comments or thoughts you would like to share, please feel free to do so on the message board or in the guest book.
