All policy and management for Rumah Bakti Dato' Harun determined by the Council of Organization of Education Orphans Selangor. Member of the Executive Council was appointed from among the members through the General Meeting for every 2 years. Meeting for 32nd times was held on 13 July 2013. The meeting was formally appoint an official member of the Executive Council for the 2013-2015 session as follow:
