Click for full resume' Sandy Weir, AICP; Senior Project Manager * Project manager with 30 years experience in natural resource assessment, open space planning, community planning, and geographic information systems (GIS). * Consultant to public and private sector clients at federal, state, and local levels, and has worked in regional, county, and city agencies. * Performs management of planning projects that emphasize environmental analysis, transportation, land use, socioeconomic analysis, water and energy resources, and urban redevelopment. * Manages database and GIS applications that support community and regional plans; natural resource agency operations; and utility plans, operations, and marketing. * B.S and M.S. in Geography from Penn State University.
