* Extensive experience preparing natural resource plans that integrate land use concepts for local, state, federal, and multi-jurisdictional agencies.
*  Completed over 40 land use plans for local units of government that incorporate land use policies and resource management standards
*  Prepared and reviewed numerous plans and environmental documents related to NEPA compliance. 
*  M.A. in public administration and a B.S. in urban and regional planning from Minnesota State University, Mankato.

Sandy Weir, AICP; Senior Project Manager
*  Project manager with 30 years experience in natural resource assessment, open space planning, community planning, and geographic information systems (GIS).
*  Consultant to public and private sector clients at federal, state, and local levels, and has worked in regional, county, and city agencies.
*  Performs  management of planning projects that emphasize  environmental analysis, transportation, land use,   socioeconomic analysis, water and energy resources, and urban redevelopment.
*  Manages database and GIS applications that support community and regional plans; natural resource agency operations; and utility plans, operations, and marketing.

Rex Bergamini, Senior Biologist
*  Performed research and fieldwork in biology for over 13 years. 
*  Project experience includes conducting water and soil quality studies in the Verde River Watershed, as well as conducting environmental monitoring activities in partnership with the Verde Watershed Watch Network.
*  Extensive experience in wetland delineations, wetland restoration studies, habitat assessments and biological evaluations.
*  Specialties include stream bioassessment, benthic macroinvertebrate surveys, and microbiological testing.

Peter Miller, Environmental Scientist
*  12 years experience related to geotechnical review and analysis of water and wastewater projects in the West and Midwest.
