Biology ranks on top (continued)
Formerly, elementary education was the third most popular major offered,
ahead of business and economics and health science. The shift in popularity
among majors reflects the growing quality of the business degree offered
at Benedictine.
The statistics were gathered by the University and can be found on the
University's website (www.ben.edu). Benedictine has been recognized for
producing knowledgeable and successful students in the science fields
of study. The majority of Biology students have a career goal of obtaining
a job in the health sciences field.
The school has been ranked as one of the top 10 schools for graduates
entering medical school to have graduated from, according to U.S. News
and World Report.
