
Reservations are kept on a list on a "first come first served" basis. To secure your place on the list we must receive a 25% deposit. Receipt of this deposit insures your place on the list, the price of the snake or snakes and insures us of your commitment to purchase the snake(s). If for any reason we are not able to produce the snake(s) to fill your order, we will notify you and upon your approval, (a) roll your deposit over into next year or (b) refund you your deposit.

Payment in full is necessary before snake(s) can be delivered to customer. We accept the following method of payment: cash, check, and money order.
Cancellations - No refunds if order is produced in the year ordered.
If there are any problems with your snake(s) you must notify us within 48 hrs.
