- Funeral services for anyone who would prefer a non-religious service.
- One-on-one guidance for you or your family.
- Group speaking for any special event.
- Video footage and/or pictures of the event.

New Mexico State Law
Congratulations on your engagement! Here's what you need to know to make the marriage legal in the State of New Mexico.
By law, the County Clerk's Office is the only agency permitted to issue marriage licenses. All marriage license application are permanently filed, as are marriage records.
The cost of a marriage license is $40, which must be paid in cash.

Both applicants need to be present.
Both need to be at least 18 years of age.
Both need current legal pictured ID, or birth certificate.
Both need proof of Social Security number.
Couples living in foreign countries need a passport.
Parental consent if 16 or 17 years of age.
Court order if 15 years of age.
No medical exam or waiting period is required.
Marriage licenses are issued and valid immediately.
Marriage licenses do not expire.
License purchased in any New Mexico county, can be used state-wide.
Marriage license must be brought to the ceremony to be signed by two witnesses and the minister.
A Justice of the Peace is normally a Magistrate Judge, Municipal Judge, or Probate Judge may perform a ceremony. Including, a District Judge upon request. Any person credentialed by a religious society can perform a marriage in the State of New Mexico.

What are the residency requirments for New Mexico?
None, you do not have to be a previous or current resident of New Mexico to obtain a marriage license that is valid statewide
Is there a waiting period from the date the license is issued to the date I am allowed to marry?
No, you can marry immediately after receiving your license
Are blood tests and physical exams required?
No blood test or physical exam is required.
What if one or both partners have been divorced or have had a spouse die?
If previously married, the date of divorce or date of spouse's death must be provided
Where can I obtain a certified copy of a marriage, divorce, or death certificate?
Certified copies of marriage, divorce, or death records can be ordered online at http://www.weddingvendors.com/j/certificate/
Are proxy marriages legal?
No, marriage by proxy is not allowed
Are cousin marriages legal?
Yes, cousin marriages are allowed
Are common law marriages legal?
No, common-law marriages are not allowed
Are same sex marriages legal?
No, same-sex marriages are not allowed
