Reign of Shadows is an elite Guild forged by two former councilmen and one sub-councilman from the Imperial Guards. It was our vision to form not a group of people with similar interests, but rather a close-weaved family working together to overcome our weaknesses, improve our strengths, and band together to make Reign of Shadows one of the upper echelon of fighting Guilds. Together we will overcome obstacles, and enjoy ourselves in the process.

The key to the success of Reign of Shadows lies in activeness. By enforcing the statistic requirements, we ensure that only high-quality players who will be able to add to and benefit most from our guild. We encourage you to voice your opinion on anything, and create a positive environment where individuality is encouraged. If you ever have any questions on anything from weapons to shops to anything in between, you can be sure that by posting on the board that you will get an answer. Also, we keep a constantly updated center of help, R.O.S. AIDE, a library of information on many topics. Informed players are successful players, so feel free to check these out. By helping our members succeed, we enhance the game for all and make sure that every player has fun.

Reign of Shadows offers a wide variety of challenging contests and events to delight players of every kind. Even if the Battledome is not your cup of tea, we promise you will find many other events to amuse you. Ideas, comments, criticisms, and suggestions are gladly welcomed. Feel free to mail any council member and we will help you as soon as possible. Since we follow Neopets' Terms and Conditions, we suggest you do as well. This means that you will NEVER pay to participate in anything, and that you are NEVER required to donate. It is against Neopets' Terms and Conditions to offer prizes in any circumstance in which players are required to compete in order to win. We remedy this by giving gifts. We will at times give gifts for activeness, participation, and other circumstances. We will also award chairs on our monthly War Council- the Doom Riders, to elite members.

The council of Reign of Shadows is constantly in close communication with each other, and we will never cease to help you in any way possible. Our leader, Grey (fallenist) is head of public relations and non-combative (non-battledome related) events. If you have any questions about events, recruitment, or a complaint about the guild, contact him and he will resolve it.  The rest of the council is also knowledgeable in various fields and can answer any question you may have.  Our current council is as follows:

This council, regarding the first four positions, is final.  The only way the first four positions changes is reduction in guild activity or neopets activity in general.  The inactive guild member is moved to Spectral Magus as a constant reminder of their service to the guild.
