It is a lovely January day... The Cocos are cocoing... The Slorgs are sliming... Everything is right in the world. In fact, so right that the ROS Council decided to have a fabulous luncheon, complete with Roast Guinea Pig and Vance's very own Lemonade. Everyone is having a festive time, chatting about world domination, the latest conspiracy, or how to scavenge the new avatar. Suddenly, without warning, a massive dust storm kicks up, blinding everyone for a moment. When the dust settles, everything seems normal except... THE COUNCIL IS GONE! What could have happened? Did Ax lose them? Did Princess Diana and Charles dispatch of them with their vicious ATTACK CORGI PACK? Hysteria breaks out among the guildians. Calmly, Uchi points a crumpled scroll on the ground. Alice lunges for it, and begins to read in a panicked voice.
"Bwahahah! Foolish Reign of Shadows Guild! You foiled my plans last time to steal your lovely Anna... But this time I have taken ALL your council and hid them somewhere in Neopia! However, being the Prince of Puzzles, I decided that I should at least give you a fighting chance to rescue them. Included in this note are eleven riddles each with a picture. Using the riddle, you must track down each image, and find its filename. Take the first letter of each picture's filename, put them together, and unscramble to discover the location of your council. Ahah! Seeing what ignorant fools you are, I will give you an example.
