Run the launcher and select Edit-Options and "Generate Log" and restart the program. This will create a file called v5launch.log in the same directory as the program. Open up this file (in notepad or another text editor...) and look for "Voodoo Card Detected at..." If you did a clean install, there really should only be one listed, but double check to make sure and find the one for your card (i.e. Voodoo5 5500 AGP or Voodoo3...)

Copy the "found" location (it should be someting like System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Class\DISPLAY\0000 -- this may differ if you are running Windows2000) and open up the settings.cfg file and add the line "Override Key=<FOUND STRING> (where <Found String> is the location you just copied...) under the [Program] area.

Now, that should (it better! heh) make everything work. You can turn off the generate log option or leave it on if you want (it gets reset each time you start the program so it won't ever get overly large...)
