Working Yarn - The end of the yarn coming from the skein or ball of yarn. The Yarn you are working with and NOT the yarn you have already knitted or crocheted.
Yarn Over - to pull the yarn over the hook or needle.
In Crochet you pull the yarn from the back of the hook up and over and to the front, resting the yarn in the tip of the hook.
