So I'm asleep in my bed, I'm on the loft. And I wake up at 4:30 to Hayley saying my name and pushing my arm. She points to this person in the room and then runs out the door.

I'm like, what the hell? And lean in to see who it was. I kept thinking it was a girl from the hall but the hair was too short. So then I'm looking closer and there's this guy with no shirt on hunched over sitting in a rolly desk chair. Not moving. I looked closer and saw oh look, he didn't have any pants on.

I slammed my head on the pillow thinking, am I still asleep? Who did Hayley bring in here??? So then I hear it. The sounds you get when you pour a bottle of water onto the carpet. Only it wasn't water. Then our RA Chris comes in. She's like, excuse me, who are you? And gets no response. She asks him to come with her and he's just like, hold on a second. I hauled my ass out of there and we all went to Chris' room to call the cops.

Cops got there like three minutes later and went to the room. Only this guy wasn't there. The start searching for him and were asking us what was he sitting in. We were like, the rolling desk chair in our room. Well, apparently the rolling desk chair was missing too. So Hayley and I are sitting in Chris' room cracking up that a guy peed in out room. Then Chris comes in and is like, I have a story. Not only did he pee...he deficated as well. We were like, WHAT???? Yeah, that's right, both numbers in a cup, on our rug, in a chair. Not only that, outside our door, in front of our neighbor's door, and in a box in the hallway.

So when the cops find this guy in the stairwell, they bring him back up and asked us to come identify him. I was like, is he still naked??? So it was him and they arrested him.

It was then like six in the morning on a Sunday, our carpet was gone and we were tired as shit. We called Sean and he took us to Wal-Mart to buy cleaning supplies and stuff after we showered and did laundry. Later that night we had to meet with the cop again and fill out witness statements and cards and get all this info. He told us we were gonna be subpoenaed. Plus, the chair was still missing.

So they found the chair later in the ninth floor bathroom with a pair of shitty boxers on it. Maintenance was called. Took the boxers, left the chair. How disgusting.

So the guy got charged with two counts of destruction of property, two of breaking and entering, one of indecent exposure, and one of drunken in public. He had to get his parents, who he LIVES with, to bail him out for $3,000. He's from Richmond, where Hayley and I are from, and works as a chef at a hotel. He's 21 and doesn't even go to this school.

It ends up the girls across the hall from us saw him drunk on the street. He had no place to stay, so they invited him to stay with them. Then they left at like three in the morning to get food and left the guy on their floor. He gets up looking for a bathroom and stumbles to our door, which was broken, pushed it open, and did his thing...

We currently have a criminal court date for November 28th. And we have to file a civil suit against him to get the money back that we spent on replacing our stuff.
