Limerick. The home of, well I don't have a clue. Scangers maybe. That'll do. Limerick. The home of Scangers. And since we had to collect a stone from this haven of crimanals, where would this stone come from. We mulled over it for ages and eventually Colm decided for us. Lough Gur, here we come. And believe it or not, I had the car so I had the privelage of driving. Off we set for Lough Gur. Pecker sat up front with the backing singers in the back. Joe knew the way to go so I followed his lead. We headed towards Tipperary until we found the sign for Lough Gur. Once we found a sign sure it was plain sailing. NOT. It was the middle of no where, it was raining and the lads in the back wouldn't shut up even though Queen were playing. Eventually we touched down in the car park. Once we abandoned the vehicle, we set about the task of finding a stone. Firstly we went to the lake's edge. It was a bit wet there so Joe said we'll get a stone from the mountain or hill top. And off we set towards the blackness that we presumed was a hill. We had 2 flash lamps which were handy since it was dark. We stayed strollling along the windy path, and it was on this path that the first task was undertaken. For some reason, there was a frog in our way, so as to continue our trip, the frog had to be touched, by all 5 of us. And when I say touched, I mean touch its back, not its bollox. So eventually we all touched it. Dave held us up because he was scared. Once we got to the end of the lane we noticed a gate. Joe wanted to go over it. Well he did until he seen cattle lying down looking at us. So we scrapped the idea of climbing a hill in the dark at this point. We slowly made our way back along the pathway towards the car. We stopped for a piss and a chat. We found a little grotto thing aswell with a hole in it. But we were all afraid to put our hand in. Rats might of been living there or anything!

So we headed for the car, but we'd no stone. So we went back to the lake to try fish one out. And thats what we did. I got a cool stone from the lake and as far as I know, so did everyone else. Once back in the car, it was map reading time as we had another port of call that night. Kerry and Ballybunion waited for our immenent arrival. So thats it from Limerick. Like the city, the trip was shit. But Kerry made up for it.

Off to
Kerry!!
