| This Oct 12, 1955 photo shows Jake Pitler, Brooklyn Dodgers 1st base coach, speaking with Vestal & Endicott Little Leaguers about how the Dodgers defeated the Yankees in the World Series. This took place at the annual Little League Dinner sponsored by Endicott Johnson, IBM, General Electric, Ansco, and Ozalid, and held at the Endicott Johnson Rec Center. Listening to Coach Pitler are Dick Pugh, far left, then Little Leaguers Gary Starbuck and Terry Harris of Vestal and Richard Redolphy of Endicott..
