A bit about ABIA...

First of all what is ABIA? ABIA is the database solution for small businesses that I am creating. At present it is in infant stages being designed however it allows you to enter information in to the database and so long as the information does not change you will never be required to enter that information again, for any reason.

It is also developed in a very powerful programming language that allows me to issue updates and upon request specially designed features for your company. Support for this database will be provided on a continuos basis and even if you didn’t think that was good enough, if your local I’ll even pop round to your place of work, free of charge to try and help sort any problems out.

What about portability?

The fantastic thing about ABIA is that it is portable and also platform independent. Unlike some other database solutions that are offered they are platform dependant, for example if you are using a Microsoft Windows 98 system but your database solution requires Microsoft Windows XP. This means that you have to carry out an expensive system upgrade and also have the added worry that upon the upgrade, information may be lost. No such worries with ABIA as it will work on all Microsoft Windows 9x, 2000 and XP systems and even work on Linux or Unix. Indeed if you have a pocket PC it will run on that so that you may never be out of reach from your information.
