AGENT - Polish version of The Mole
official website: http://www.agent.tvn.pl
"Agent" in TVN so far has been the most expensive show produced in Poland. The host of the show is Marcin Meller, a journalist in 'Polityka' magazine.
Preparations to Polish version of 'The Mole' started in summer 2000. In August over 3000 people took part in the casting organized in two cities, Warsaw and Krakow. During the four-day casting 30 people were chosen, and then the final 12 contestants. The main criteria while chosing the contestants were not physical strength and appearance but strong personality and openness.
Worth mentioning is that the usual preparations to realization of 'The Mole' last 6 months, while TVN had only 1 month!
The chosen 12 didn't know where they were going. They didn't meet with one another at the airport. Each of them got an envelope with the directions. This way they got from Warsaw to Lyon, France.
The 12 contestants:
Wojtek,
the first dropped out;;
Romek
- 2nd dropped out;
Piotr
- 3rd dropped out;
Izolda
- 4th dropped out;
Danuta
- 5th dropped out;

When

two weeks in France they met their friends and family members.
