Reggy has left the group. Not on purpose, but
because he didn't know who the Mole was.
Day 7
Michiel:"We're already
together for a week. And it is getting a little bit obvious who the Mole
is."
Hugo
for example, who deliberately lies in the first challenge (FLASHBACK
to episode 1: Belle:"And have you seen Guy and Sylvie?" The man that
drove around with Hugo wants to say yes, but looks at Hugo and then remembers
that he asked to say they haven't:"No we didn't see anyone.") On
the other hand, he knew the right answer to the question about Shröder, or did
he hope that it would be false when he said Joachim Shröder instead of Gerard?
Or
is it Guy, who he's always prominently present in the challenges that
went wrong. Just think about the wine tasting challenge, the bungee jumping and
the maze, where Guy managed to let Sylvie get caught very soon. (FLASHBACK to
episode 3: Sylvie, after being caught:"Guy you're a bad guide!")
Perhaps
it is Magda, who is an experienced travel guide, but she isn't able to
answer a question about Greek columns. Yesterday she did manage to smash the
fake watch, but did she do that to make herself less suspicious?
Or
is the Mole Sylvie, who didn't really cooperate in the humour challenge. (FLASHBACK
to episode 3: Sylvie:"Ok,
ok, it's just that I don't support your idea, that's all.")
And she is indifferent to who the Mole is and who has to go home. Perhaps
because she is sure she doesn't have to leave.
Or
is it Moniek, who has a strong personality and can arrange everything
well. But at the same time she can be very emotional at a time when you least
expect it.
Belle
can also be the Mole, because she seems to be very naive. Is she really like
that or is she just a crafty actress? (FLASHBACK
to episode 1: Belle asks Dimi:"Do you cheat sometimes?")
The
person that absolutely can't be the Mole is Mon. Someone that sympathetic
can't be the Mole. It would be a very stupid wordgame (Mon-Mol). It's impossible
that Mon is the Mole. But, if he doesn't seem to be suspicious, he really
is he Mole.
Michiel:"Now that we know
that, there's just one question: Will the Mole please stand up? Then it will
finally be over and we can all go home."
Everybody laughs, no one stands up...
Challenge 1
They need 2 do-it-yourselfers and that's Hugo
and Sylvie. Belle asks them if they do know how to change a tire.
They have to prepare a meal for 4 persons. A cook helps them. But first they
have to buy the ingredients. It's seems like Hugo and Sylvie get
along fine. But it only looks that way, because we hear: Sylvie:"If
you're going to be like that, it won't be a nice day." Hugo:"It
has to come from two sides" Sylvie:"I know, but
apparently it's only coming from my side!" Hugo:"I don't
think so." Sylvie:"But I do!"
The others have to survive in a wildlife area. Their tasks:
-catch 1 kilo fish
-catch 2 rabbits and prepare them for ddinner (this got a lot of
negative reaction from the animal lovers)
-get at least 1 liter of milk of the cow and the goats
-put up a tent
-make a fire
These tasks have to be ready by sunset. Guy is the chief of the fish
catching, Mon will put up the tent and the women will milk the animals. Belle
asks a passer-by how to milk. She is able to get some milk and then they have to
pour it in the bottles. But Belle and Magda find it so funny that
they spill a lot while laughing. It's time to catch some rabbits. They have
matches bound around their body, to make the fire. They are able to catch two
rabbits. Moniek is going to kill them. Magda:"Don't do
that were I can see it!" She comes to Belle and says:"Argh,
Ican't believe Moniek can do a thing like that." Belle:"Did
she really kill those rabbits?" Magda nods. Belle:"And
she even seems to enjoy it. Oh I think I'm gonna faint." Magda:"Me
too. If you don't look after me I will be lying on the ground. Look at
her!".
There is material to catch the fish, but Guy prefers not to use it.
They brake of a fence and try to gather the fish together to catch them with the
hand.
Belle is responsible for the fire. Now we can really see how naive she is
(or does she play it?). She's looking for wood in an open area. "Am I
blind or isn't there any wood around here?" Michiel says that maybe she
will have more luck searching under a tree. "That's a great idea!".
But when the sun has gone away, they have everything except for the fish. The
challenge is lost. No 100.000 BEF.
Meanwhile Hugo and Sylvie have worked all day to
prepare the meal. That evening they sit at the table together with the cook. But
where is the third person? It turns out that the third plate is meant for the
other five. They have to taste the meal and guess which ingredients are in it.
But on their way to the wildlife area, something's wrong with the car of Hugo
and Sylvie. They have a flat tire. It is strange that Belle asked
them if they could change a tire, before they left.
The ingredients of the meal are: rabbit - tomato - garlic - flour - cheese
- honey - basil - eggplant - rosemary -- thyme - laurel - olive oil - union -
celery
The five aren't allowed to name the ingredients pepper, salt and butter because
that is too easy. They need to have 7 of the 14 ingredients right in order to
win 50.000 BEF. They guess thyme, laurel, paprika, eggplant, tomato, carrots and
flour. Unfortunately 2 of them are wrong. No money. Hugo and Sylvie
arrive and they all sleep in the tent.
Confession
Belle:"I don't like being here on this survival."
Moniek:"I think nobody likes it to kill rabbits. But someone
has to do the unpleasant jobs."
Belle:"I would never do such a thing, unless if I'm really
really hungry maybe."
Hugo:"It's brave of them to try to catch fish with their
hands, but it's obvious you won't get a result with that. And if there are
fishing rods it's a pity that you don't use them."
Magda:"Moniek is so... she can really annoy me. She always
wants to hug you and she's always trying to be funny."
Day 8
When they wake up that morning, Mon is nowhere to be
found. Where could he be? Well, Michiel took him away that night to let him
sleep in a hotel. And actually that was the other contestants' decision. Because
the previous evening everyon had to say who they wanted to do a favour. Hugo
chose Belle. Guy chose Magda. Monike chose Guy.
Mon chose Sylvie ("Because she's having a rough time").
Sylvie chose Mon ("He's the only one who doesn't annoy
me."). Belle chose Mon and so did Magda ("Because
he has worked hard.").
That morning they have to choose 2 people to whom they trust their clothes to.
That's Belle and Magda. They have to do the laundry today. This
isn't a challenge, it's just a free day for them. So the 4 that are left (Moniek,
Hugo, Guy en Sylvie), can walk around free in the village.
Strangely enough they all go their own way. No one wants to be together after
having lived together for a week. Later that day they have to do a challenge.
They have to rescue Mon, who stands on a hill. They have to run through a
field with a few trees and try to reach him. But there are 5 hunters. One in a
helicopter, two on a horse with a few dogs and two snipers. They al shoot with
paint. If they can rescue him they win 150.000 BEF. But... if they don't, Mon
will get an exemption of the execution. The contestants decide to split up in
two teams: Hugo and Sylvie, and Guy and Moniek.
The hunt is open! They hide unter trees to get away from the hunters. A
dog notices Hugo and starts barking. Hugo runs away, but the
sniper shoots him in the leg. One person down, three to go. The sniper asks him
if he knows where the others are, but Hugo laughs mysteriously. Sylvie
is being hunted on by a horseman, but she can hide in the bushes. The
horseman has seen it, but Sylvie manages to sneak to another tree. She
waits and the horseman goes away. She waits a few seconds more to make sure the
man is really away. Then she runs to the hill, but suddenly notices the
helicopter, which has noticed her too. Sylvie is shot. But perhaps
her manoeuvre has made the path clear for Guy and Moniek.
Meanwhile on top of the hill, Michiel and Mon are discussing about what
the others should do when they suddenly see Guy running away from
some trees. But they aren't the only ones who see him, because so do the
horsemen and the heli. Guy is shot too.
Only Moniek can win the money now and threaten Mon's exemption.
All the hunters are at one particular place. But where is Moniek? She is
nowhere to be found. But actually she's almost on top of the hill. The heli, the
dogs and the horsemen are far away. The path is clear and she makes a run for
it. But Moniek forgets one thing... there are 5 hunters in the game. A
sniper appears before her eyes. She tries to escape him, but she can't and she
is shot just a few meters from the finish. No money for the group, but an
exemption for Mon.
Suspicions
Sylvie:"I've seen a
few things that might be an indication, but I'm not gonna say what."
Belle:"I can't say that someone tried to sabotage things. No
there weren't any attempts to sabotage, I think. But there were some
indications."
Hugo:"I didn't find any indications that can change my mind
about the Mole."
Moniek:"The tension has risen. Everybody is being a little
bit irritating towards the others."
Guy:"I think Hugo is able to cause some troubles and so is
Mon if he has to show his true identity."

Why did Belle ask Hugo and Sylvie if they can change a
tire, when it turns out that there actually is a tire that breaks? Did she
sabotage it? But why would she do that, because it didn't have a thing to do
with the challenge.
Guy doesn't use the fishing rods.
Magda is very negative about Moniek.
In the last challenge, Hugo was shot first, then Sylvie, Guy
and Moniek.
The execution
This time we can only see one question
properly:
* Did the Mole eat rabbit today?
Mon has an exemption. He can be
sure to be in the next episode. But who has to leave? It's...
MONIEK
