Data: This morpher was created by Hayley when Tommy noticed energies that indicated that a new gem was around. When Tommy was kidnaped by Mesogog, he was able to retrieve the final piece needed to activate it, the black dino gem. Tommy placed the gem into the morpher and with a turn of the key, became the Black Dino Thunder Ranger. When not in use, it takes the form of a braclet that features the black dino gem on it. It can be used to contact the other rangers and calls the morpher forth when needed. |
