| William P. and Orpha Victoria were married in Ceres, Virginia on the 23rd of September 1903. They lived there shortly and then moved to Burkes Garden, Virginia and later to Graham, Virginia. Graham is now known as Bluefield, Virginia. William P. worked for the railroad as a blacksmith. Orpha Victoria died on March 1, 1920 from the flu epedemic that took many lives during that period of time. Orpha was the daughter of Mathias Fox Lampert and Hester Stowers. William P. later married Roberta (Betty) Tuell, from which he had three more children. Shields Russell Burge, Mary Ellen Burge, and Janie Leah Burge. William P. died on the 10th of April, 1936. Both William P. and Orpha Victoria are buried in Burkes Garden, Virginia. | ||||||||||||||||
