I am bombarded with lots of decision makings this year. It is probably part of being an adult and growing up. Seriously, i hate it. This part of me wants to be a child once more, where all the decision makings are done by my parents. I'm going through hurdle after hurdle this year. It has definately made me a much more mature person. I remember hoping i won't go through any difficulties before coming on my AFS year, but it seems like that is all i'm going through so far. Lord, i pray that you'll help me make the right decisions in life. Help me to do your will, listen to your voice. Is moving to another family the right choice? Is it what you want me to do? Give me the opportunity to know what is your plan in my life. Lord Jesus, I want to live for you and only you alone. Let me be an example, a shining light to others in this world who needs you so, so much. Lord, once again, help me.

Went to Lafrowda Day at St. Just last Satuday. I must say, there were lots of hippies there. It was quite fun. Some sort like the equivalent of Penzance Mazey Day festival! Yes, i have finally moved in with Ian and Alison and having a much better time. I do still commute to St Ives to volunteer at Save The Children though. On Wednesday, i walked to Marazion with Hayley, Alex and Nicky. Our feet were soaking wet by the time we came back on the bus. We had to walk in the sea! Urghh...Hayley and i were sitting in the playground at Marazion drying our feet while Alex and Nicky played.
Yesterday i met Nicole and Jodie in town. Went around with them as they wanted to shop for some stuff and had a picnic lunch at the park.
Later today i got to cook dinner for 4 people! AHH!!! Pray that goes well. It's Ian's birthday today. I can't wait for Jose to come. 17 more hours to go and counting! I'm crazy. Just really excited cos it's been crazy here. My escape. Hehe. Spent nearly 4 hours talking to Ian last night! I might take Jose to um...St Michael's Mount, Land's End, Mousehole, St Ives, any other suggestions?? Anyway, i just hope my cooking won't be a disaster tonight! HELP! Haha...really, i ain't joking.

26. 07.02 - Jose came and i picked him up from the train/bus station. We put his stuff back to the house first and later took a walk around Penzance, which of course didn't take long. I haven't seen him since the AFS camp in April. Feels like we have known each other for so long though. After that, we cooked dinner together. It turned out really weird(i think it is horrible) but anyway, it was edible.
27.07.02 - St Michael's Mount, then we took a bus to St Ives. Went to the tate gallery and of course, had a Cornish pasty! Came back and we fell asleep, me on my bed, he on the couch. We were so tired from all the walking around. I had to wake up though, because had to put Alex and Nicky to bed. Ian and Alison went to watch some theatre or play. Chatted to Jose until about 2am. The kids absolutely loves him!
28.07.02 - We walked to Land's End from Sennen today with Ian and Alison. After that we had a picnic lunch there. The weather wasn't great, but at least it didn't rain.
29.07.02 - Took a train to London Paddington today with Jose. Waited for Syeekin and Shiang to arrive in a park at Shepherd's Bush at first. Then we got scared, and ended up drinking in a bar. They finally arrived. We had a surprised barbeque at Ali's house because it as Shiang's birthday not a long ago. She was shocked and we had fun.
30.07.02 - London eye, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, Hard Rock Cafe, Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Albert Memorial. Funny thing happened at Kensington Gardens. Will talk about it later!
31.07.02 - Madame Tussauds(!!!), London planetarium, Regent's Park, British Museum, Trafalgar Square, National Art Gallery, Leceister Square. It rained so heavily today!! We managed to meet up with Emily and went to Convent garden for dinner and Hungerford Bridge to see London at night.
01.08.02 - Greenwich Meridian, Tower Bridge, Millennium Bridge, St Paul's Cathedral. Met Ali and went to China Town and Soho.
02.08.02 - End of our London trip! :o( Syeekin and i went on to Cardiff, Wales to meet up with Anand. Shiang stayed on in London to stay with her summer host family. Jose went back to Aberystwyth because he's going to France and Spain with his host family. Lucky. Anyway, we(Me, Syeekin and Anand) had a picnic dinner in a park.
03.08.02 - Cardiff castle, Cardiff festival. We were lucky to visit Cardiff during their annual festival. Cardiff Museum and Gallery. Also, went to watch Men in Black 2.
04.08.02 - Went shopping in Cardiff and watched Minority Report. Anand went back to his uncle's place. Going back to Penzance tomorrow. Anxious about my new host family.
