Our strategy can be summarized as PLANT: 1) Preach the Gospel to specific target groups, 2) Lead them to genuine conversion, 3) Assimilate them into communities, 4) Nurture them, and 5) Train servant leaders to oversee them. Our values can be summarized as REALIFE: 1) Relationships, 2) Endurance, 3) Accuracy in handling the word, 4) Lifestyle integrity, 5) Indwelling Holy Spirit, 6) Faithfulness in ministry, and 7) Enthusiasm for the Lord.

Our beliefs can be summarized as BELIEFS: 1) Bible - It's the word of God, 2) Eternal Life - It's only by grace through faith, 3) Lordship of Christ - Jesus is the only way, the truth and the life and He is truly man and truly God, 4) Image of God - It's distorted now by sin but it's still there and it's the reason why we still seek God, 5) End times - It's coming soon but we don't know when, 6) Filling of the Holy Spirit - There's always a first time and it's always experiential, and 7) Sanctification - God can only transform us into Christlikeness if we are in community with others.
