Moon by Minaret

by Robert James DeBurgh (Poet)

Moon by MinaretNOTE:
This drawing was recently discovered by Nasr-ad-Din of Luxor, who found it in a terracotta jar, near the site Qumran. Its near miraculous state of preservation is due to its having only recently been discovered.

This drawing indicates that DeBurgh may have had some modest skill as an illustrator, although no Poem with the title "Moon by Minaret" has been discovered.... Yet...

Perhaps some Member, by way of diligent investigation and research (of course), may Discover the Work the sketch pertains to, soon..... We can but hope...

It is worthy of note that the drawing is Placed; "Mashud, Persia 1890", the year he was also in Alexandria, Addis Abbaba, Constantinople, Cairo and the Crimea. Busy chap that year wasn't he....
