Bert was one of the first fish to make his way into 27 St Davids, and he is an established memeber of the fish community. He is 'unique' in looks, and fun(ny) to watch. His bubbles are representative of his personailty, cumbersome and inelegant. But what he lacks in aesthetic properties he makes up in effort and enthusiasm.

Bert at first look fragile and out of place, but has come round to life in the fish bowl and is now as resiliant as anyother fish swimming these shores.
