(report) Wow, we couldn't have played much closer games than we did tonight against those Wiggling Giggling Wondering Wonders! After swapping wins in close games the 3rd game was nip and tuck, and nip, and also there was tucking, all the way until we tied at 25. A double point "Cities in Spain" cat brought us to 31-31, and the Wonderers wiggled out of trouble with a 2-0 sweep of "San Antonio things but no sports teams for some odd reason". Congrats to the Wonders and also the Sixers, everyone played well for both teams.

At first things looked good, as we had the upper hand in numbers. But the Ratorama managed to keep the gap narrow enough that when a 2nd wave of Rats joined in, they took a big lead on us that we were able to narrow to 27-26, but an even split in the final round left us one point short, 32-31.

It was like "The Perfect Storm", but with Slobber instead of water by the time game 2 began with a lead increasing by 2 each round, the Rats tossed up a Tsunami and .. well, yuck. It was a regular Slobber Jolly Christmas, but I'll stick to dipping my candy canes in chocolate, thank you :)
