This was a very interesting match. Due to a mixup in the game reminder (been there, done that) the FourPlayers were very late. Vi and Dise (later joined by Pita) almost kicked our butts in the first game despite the fact they were outnumbered 4:1. Good Playing Ladies.

The second game went very fast due to a very lucky double point baseball sweep for the Rockers.

Hmmm, hard to find just the right word to describe our latest blood letting at the claws of the Rats. Painless? Nope. Fun? Um....nah. Oh, I got it, QUICK!! Yep, it was over before it ever started, and as if a 30-10 drubbing wasn't bad enuf the 2nd game was worse yet, 35-11. Sigh, oh well, there's always a game against Team 2 to look forward to. Congrats ya Rats, you played terrifically, if indeed that's a word, and a well deserved Team MVP to the Sixers, cuz as darlinglily correctly said, we ALL sucked equally!

(report) Oochie-kapesta!! A late reminder on my part cost us an arm and a leg in the attendance business, and the Wonders trampled us. Granted, we made them work for it, though! There are some things that a brain can't buy. For everything else, there's the Wonders.

There were enough general knowledge cats that everyone got a share of the scoring honors, but the strength of the Wonders is their tight defense, and consistent scoring patterns. They had a great round in the 2nd game on items in a Woman's Purse (hey, who would know better, right?) and outscored us 9 to 1. Judging by the scores, this round could be said to be the defining moment of the 2nd game.

Congrats to our new teamie..Boogie-D-Man..great games!! Game #1 Colorado Things was our first cat and started us out with a tie game...8-8. McCaffreys Novels left us reading the score 10-14 with a Wiggling Wonder lead. "M" Mens names, keeping the Wonders with the advantage...20-14. ~wiggling going on~ Meg Ryan Movies had everyone typing like crazy..Wonders...26-17. Magician Things was the last cat of this game and a #30 magically appeared next to our names! Wonders winning the first game......30-22. WTG Wonders...Good Game LOLers!! 

Game 2 started off with Movies w/ Water and a very close game...Wonders..5-4. Things about Richard Burton....I contributed very little on this cat....he was an actor and he's dead! Wonders still holding the lead....8-6. Things in a purse put us with a comfortable lead...17-7. The next cat just about put us to sleep, w/ things realated to sleep...23-11. Famous Aussies.. Wonders..26-16. Animated Disney movies was our last cat of this game...Wonders..31-21. WTG WONDERS....Good Games LOL'ers!!!!
