The wonders were hot tonight!  Bot gave us a good variety of cats and we took full advantage!

We started out game one sweeping Types of Wood 8 -0 with Athena scoring 4 points.  Musical Trios was up next and we increased our lead to 12 - 4.  We kept going strong but the Card Occaision cat was an even split between both teams bringing the score to 17 -9.  Earth Wind and Fire songs was next and while most of us sat on the ridic couch our team captain did all the work scoring 4 points of our 6 for the cat.  Chineese provinces was next followed by Sigourney Weaver films.  Final Score 32-19.

Game two gave the Rocks a 6-4 head start with a double point round and Foods with locations in their names.  Libra scored 3 pts in the Carribean Islands and Countries cat and we tied it up 9 - 9 .  We pulled ahead 17 - 11 with Girls Names That Begin With The Letter D.  The Wonders swept the James Taylor Songs cat and Hoov contributed 4 points bringing our lead to 24 - 11.  Magical Things was next and although The Wonders was not an answer, we all know tonight was a magical night for us!  Locations of the Hard Rock Cafe ended the game with a Wonders Victory - 32 - 22.

Great Game Rockers!

We started the new 4th session with a BANG and two great wins against those wild n' crazy Liz^ards.  Two of our first four rounds were Champ Rounds, which gave everyone plenty of time to toss birthday wishes my way (oh how embarrassing..LOL thank you everyone!)  We led for most of game one, 17-9 at one point, but by the end, the Lizards had tied it up 30-30.  Law saved us on cake types in the end and scored 4 of our 6 to win 36-34.

Second game, we started with a small lead and it went up exponentially.  Congratulations to our new teamie strawberry, who did a terrific job her first night and snagged MVP for the night!

(our_report)  Congrats to the Fourplayers on a great win. We Sixers got hammered right off the bat, the very first cat was a double point round, "lunch meats", and the 4's jumped all over it, 16-2! No surprise i guess that a team called Fourplay would know all about tongue and head cheese, huh?  -) The 6ers never came close to recovering and lost 30-7. The 2nd game was close from start to finish, with the 6ers eeking out a 32-30 win. Game 3 started badly for us again, the 4's took a 6-0 lead on a sweep of "state nicknames". The 6ers managed to make a mini-comeback and we tied at 12, then some 4er used a lifeline and woke up ski-dude, and it was all over but the bleeding, with the 4's winning 32-21. Congrats 4's, and a special welcome to the Six-Pack to CarolFromKaty.

MVP?  The whole team!!!

Comments:  What can I say?  The team is strong.  Those flintstone vitamins must be paying off.  The raiders had a lead at some point in both games.  They're really strong, just a tad outnumbered.

This was a great night filled with fun and some terrific competition.  The first game was close all the way...despite 2 champ rounds early on.  The score was tied 30-30 when the "homemade cookies" cat came up, and the LOLers have done more cooking or snacking...LOL!...to come up with 6 points to our 4.

The second game was not as close, but it was as much fun.  Congrats to Badpill, our MVP of the night!!....and welcome back to Seahawk, who had been missed very much!

it was a hard fought game from the beginning, but the raiders, no matter how hard they tried, could not overtake the rats.  GOOD GAME ALL.
