I would like to dedicate this season to a dear friend and fellow ice racer, JOE ROWAN, that we suddenly lost December 25th. Joe was a great guy and always was there for the Rice Lake Ice Racing group, donating extra money and time every year to make sure the show went on. God Speed Joe, the season just won't be the same!!
