The Jobof a Lawyer

Hi, my name is  Sabrina Boisclair, and on this page I will be talking to you about my ambition on becoming a Lawyer!!
I hope you will enjoy this page!!!

I would like tyo become a Lawyer because firat of all, it's paying and I think that I would be good at this job.

Now, what do Lawyers do?

Lawyers are hired to tell people  what they can and cannot do under the law. Lawyers are also hired to go take a peoples side in the court against other people or companies. Some of the best lawyers work for the government. To be a good lawyer you must be good at finding legal facts in books and other places to help your customer. You als have to be able to write and speak good. Most laywers work for themselves or for a company with other lawyers. Lawyers mostly work in offices. Lawyers sometimes have to travel to get more information on the case they are working on.

To become a lawyer you must obtain a license from the State you live in. Now,to obtain a license you must go to college for 4 yaers, and then after you must go to law school for 3 years. Finally you must pass a final test given by the State.Sometimes even after they obtain their license, lawyers must still go to Law school to learn more about Law (at the same time that they work ).

One half of the lawyers earn about 51,450 and 114,520 $. The lowest 10 percent earns less than 37,310 $ and the highest 10 percent earn more than 124,00$ a year. Lawyers in general are the highest paid workers in the country.
