| The first 1,260 days of Daniels 70th week | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The holy church of God will be raptured before His coming wrath!� The Wrath of God is something that God blows down in the Trumpets and pours out from the Bowls.� It is something He can assign his angels to do.� But when it comes to the Seals, which come first, only one man in all the universe is worthy and able to break them: Jesus Christ himself (Revelation 5).� Notice the Seals aren't being poured down upon mankind but the one and only Lamb is breaking the seals to read the scrolls to ALLOW these terrible thing to be revealed on the earth.� The Seals are not God's wrath but things he ALLOWS to happen.� The church will remain during this time! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The FIRST SEAL-� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 6:1-2 As I watched, the Lamb broke the first of the seven seals on the scroll.� Then one of the four living beings called out with a voice that sounded like thunder, 'Come!' I looked up and saw a white horse.� It's rider carried a bow, and a crown was placed on his head.� He rode out to win many battles and gain the victory. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The rider of the white horse is believed to be the Anti-Christ.� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Jesus disciples asked him about the signs of his return and the end of the world in chapter 24 of Matthew.� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Matthew 24:4-5 Jesus told them, 'Don't let anyone mislead you.� For many will come in my name, saying 'I am the Messiah.'� They will lead many astray. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Jesus himself says the first sign of his return is the revealing of the Anti-Christ, the first seal.� The first of many signs of Jesus return is the Anti-Christ rise to power.� He will take over many nations by deceiving them and then set up a false peace treaty.� This treaty will start the clock of Daniels 70th week!� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Daniel 7:23-25� Then he said to me, 'This fourth beast is the fourth world power that will rule the earth.� It will be different from all the others.� It will devour the whole world, trampling everything in its path.� It's ten horns are ten kings that will rule that empire.� Then another king will arise, different from the other ten (the Anti-Christ), who will subdue three of them.� He will defy the Most High and wear down the holy people of the Most High.� He will try to change their sacred festivals and laws, and they will be placed under his control for a time, times, half a time. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 17:13����������� They will all agree to give their power and authority to him (Anti-Christ). ��� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Daniel 8:23-25�� At the end of their rule, when their sin is at it's height, a fierce king, a master of intrigue (the Anti-Christ), will rise to power.� He will become very strong, but not by his own power.� He will cause a shocking amount of destruction and succeed in everything he does.� He will destroy powerful leaders and devastate the holy people.� He will be a master of deception, defeating many by catching them off guard. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Daniel 9:27a����� He (the Anti-Christ) will make a treaty with the people for a period of one set of seven. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Arrival of the 2 Witnesses- | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 11:3-5� �������� And I will give my power to my two witnesses, and they will be clothed in sackcloth and will prophesy during those 1,260 days.� These two prophets are the two olive trees and the two lamp stands that stand before the Lord of all the earth.� If anyone tries to harm them, fire flashes from the mouths of the prophets and consumes their enemies.� This is how anyone who tries to harm them must die.� They have power to shut the skies so that rain will fall for as long as they prophesy.� And they have the power to turn the rivers and oceans to blood, and to send every kind of plague upon the earth as they wish. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| These two witnesses will no doubt be a pain to the Anti-Christ regime, but cannot be harmed at this time.� The identities of these witnesses is pure speculation.� Many theologians claim they will be Elijah and Moses. (Mostly because of the fact that they are Israel's most noted prophets and appeared at the transfiguration of Jesus.� Elijah is a great guess because of the prophecy that Elijah would come again preceding the Lord's return.� That is why the disciples thought John the Baptist was Elijah.� Elijah has also never died and thus could come to die in this service.� Moses is guessed because of the plague connection.� I point out Moses did in fact die.� Enoch however the patriarch of Genesis never died.)�It is possible they will be Elijah and Enoch, or men coming in the spirit of Elijah and Elisha, but their identities are not of importance to us Christians.� We will see and know who they are soon enough.� Their ministry is to tell the world to get right with God before it's too late. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The SECOND SEAL- | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 6:3,4������������ When the Lamb broke the second seal, I heard the second living being say, 'Come!'� And another horse appeared, a red one.� It's rider was given a mighty sword and the authority to remove peace from the earth.� And there was war and slaughter everywhere. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The world must know and understand peace for the rider of the red horse to take it away.� The Anti-Christ's false peace is destroyed by this rider.� Jesus mentions this too. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Matthew 24:6,7� And many wars will break out near and far, but don't panic.� Yes, these things must come but the end won't follow immediately.� The nations will proclaim war against each other. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Who might be involved in these wars?� I present to you World War III (not Armageddon).� Read the 38th chapter of Ezekiel for this future war.� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Ezekiel 38 breakdown:�� Gog and Magog (evil powers or alliances not necessarily nations though sometimes interpreted as Russia but not likely) team up with Persia(Iran), Ethiopia (Northern Sudan), Libya, Gomer (many think means Germany, but the language makes the clearest interpretation to be Asia Minor), and Beth-togarmah (Turkey) to attack Israel when it is at peace.� Sheba and Dedan (India) and the merchants of Tarshish (Britian is Tarshish so the merchants or sometimes translated lion cubs could be America and Canada) will question the attack.� Then God Almighty when the forces are attacking Israel will send a huge earthquake, leveling some local mountains cliffs, and buildings (making a nice rebuilding surface for say, the Anti-Christ to build the temple), and cause the evil alliance army to turn against one another in mortal combat, God will send disease on them, and hailstones, fire, and burning sulfur.� Then in chapter 39 God rains fire on the evil alliance homeland vanquishing them for all time.���� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The THIRD SEAL- | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 6:5,6�� �������� When the Lamb broke the third seal, I heard the third living being say, 'Come!' And I looked up and I saw a black horse, and it's rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.� And a voice from among the four living beings said, 'A loaf of wheat or three loaves of barley for a day's pay.� And don't hurt the olive oil and wine. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| I wish to mention this possibility, where it says 'do not hurt the olive oil and wine' it may point to Christians being protected from this famine.� Often in scriptures oil is used to describe the spirit filled church, and wine is used to symbolize God's covenant with His people.� If this is true that God will protect us from this particular famine, it would set up world-wide hatred for Christians to fuel the Anti-Christ next few schemes. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Either way, this world wide famine was mention as a sign by Jesus.� His description of this covers the third and fourth seals, which bring famine. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Matthew 24:7,8� ...and there will be famines and earthquakes in many parts of the world.� But all this will be only the beginning of the horrors to come. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The FOURTH SEAL- | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 6:7,8��� And when the Lamb broke the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living being say, 'Come!'� And I looked up and saw a horse whose color was a pale green like a corpse.� And Death was the name of it's rider, who was followed around by the Grave.� They were given the authority over one-fourth the earth, to kill with the sword and famine and disease and wild animals. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Here is more of the famine mentioned by Jesus in Matthew 24:7.� This is the fourth horsemen of the apocalypse, and the final seal broken in the first half of Daniels 70th week. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| People will die frequently at this time in one-fourth of the earth.� We don't know if this means a literal section of land on the earth surface or they are allowed to kill one-fourth of all mankind.� I lean towards the later, as it seems as if even the Anti-Christ himself cannot run from this manslaughter. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Anti-Christ is mortally wounded- | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 13:3-8���������� I saw that one of the heads of the beast seemed wounded beyond recovery-but the fatal wound was healed!� All the world marveled at this miracle and followed the beast in awe.� They worshiped the dragon (Satan) for giving the beast (the Anti-Christ) such power, and they worshiped the beast, 'Is there anyone as great as the beast?' they exclaimed. 'Who is able to fight against him?'� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| ����������� Then the beast was allowed to speak great blasphemies against God.� And he was given authority to do what he wanted for forty-two months.� And he spoke terrible words of blasphemy against God, slandering his name and all who live in heaven, who are his temple.� And the beast was allowed to wage war against God's holy people and to overcome them.� And he was given authority to rule over every tribe and people and language and nation.� And all the people who belong to this world worshipped the beast.� They are the ones whose names were not written in the Book of Life, which belongs to the Lamb who was killed before the world was made. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The Anti-Christ is resurrected to imitate the Savior Jesus Christ and is given great power.� Power for 42 months, which equals 1,260 days that's right we have reached the mid way point of Daniels 70th week and the Anti-Christ will have 1,260 days to go. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| At this same time... | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| The False Prophet Arises- | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Revelation 13:11-13������ Then I saw another beast come up out of the earth (false prophet).� He had two horns like those of a lamb, and he spoke with the voice of a dragon.� He exercised all the authority of the first beast.� And he required all the earth and those who belong to this world to worship the first beast (the Anti-Christ), whose death-wound had been healed.� He did astounding miracles, such as making fire flash down to earth from heaven while everyone was watching.� | |||||||||||||||||||||||
| Do not be part of this world but be of the body of Christ so you do not fall into this deception.� Be in the world but not of it! | |||||||||||||||||||||||
