| First let me say, what you are about to read is a complete analysis of Daniels 70th week.� I accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord at a young age many years ago, and was raised in the Church.� I was taught a pre-tribulation rapture point of view my whole life and I bought into it, I defended it, I preached on it.� Then one day I sat down and decided to research it without my "pre-trib" glasses on and see what I could find if I laid all prophecy out on a line and matched it together.� I used Jesus words in Matthew 24 as my template. Needless to say I found what you are about to read and I have completely change my stance to align with God's word.� I still hope along with pre-trib believers that Jesus will come before Daniel's 70th week I'm just not counting on it.. | As a Bible student I made a steady defense against all rapture views outside of "pre-trib".� When asked what stance I took I would joke, well, it's really, pre-trib, wrong or wrong referring to mid-trib and post trib.� I knew that the coming of Christ at the rapture must be a surprise so naturally having him come at the end of the 7 years was out and him arriving at the 3.5 year marker was out.� Well it looks like his return before the seven years is out too.� | ||||||||||||||||||||||

It was first recognized as a view of the church when it was printed in the Ryrie Study Bible notes.� It was soon popularized by the church at large and embraced easily as it teaches the church will be spared from the entire seven years.
