Cost
The best part is that this is almost free.

In Colorado we are blessed to have many Rocks to climb, and most all are free to climb.
Only an occasional park pass is required.
However during the winter we will be utilizing climbing gyms to get the experience and cover the basics of climbing.

We have all the equipment that's necessary.
You won't have to buy anything.
That said,

We would prefer that you have your own equiptment. So we can save what we have to let first few timers give it a try.
If your see your getting serious. Get your own stuff.

There are normal costs that must be the responsibility of participants.
We will ask that if transportation is provided you contribute.  When we go to an indoor climbing facility, there will be a charge.
For example:  We usually go to
Rock'n And Jam'n after Church.
I purchase punch cards for 20 so that we get a discount.  I then collect $10.
This is usually all it costs.
However if you are using equipment and gas to get there, any donation beyond the $10 will be accepted.
Also you will need to contribute to food if we are sharing,  or you can bring your own.

Note:
We usually stop at Wendy's on the way to the gym and eat off the 99 cent menu, so.bring a couple of bucks to eat with.
