You have been chosen with two other scientists to explore the age of a recently found fossil.

It is necessary for you and your team to use both relative and absolute dating techniques. You have been asked by The Rock Institute to present your findings when you return from the field. They would like to know the type of fossil you’ve identified, the relative and absolute ages of the fossil, how you calculated the age, and a brief report on that period of time.
