| Villa Sue has just beeing handed over to the owners.They followed the same procedure as the others. During the process of construction, digital photographs were sent to them by email and staged payments were made accordingly. They are the developers of their own villa! |

| Villa Anne. The land was purchased through our Estate Agency division. The client drew a draft of this house. It was properly designed on our computer and submitted for planning permission. An itemised quotation was given based on a preliminary finishes specification. At this stage the client knows the overall construction cost. We were authorised to start Phase I - The structure! Digital photos were sent by e-mail. We are at this stage, waiting further commitment by the client. |

| Villa Marylin was sold by our Chief European Sales Manager Barrie, to his wife! |
| Barrie bought this plot of land with our help with no commitment that we have to build for him. Stamp duties were paid (for the land only) and the land was transferred on his name. As architects -engineers we designed for him a couple of options and finalised on one. We itemised the construction cost in two Phases (Concrete structure and Completion) Barrie commited on the Phase I- Concrete structure , until his house is sold in UK. When the house was sold he commited for Phase II- Completion Even at this stage Barrie is making changes on the finishes!! Obviously the itemised quotation is reviewed. This is the PROGRESSIVE COMMITMENT SCHEME devised and offered exclusively by us. |

| Villa Joyce. The budget was �75,000. The land was �26,000 Therefore �50,000 were available for the construction. We received the deposit (July 2001) and we secured the land for the purchasers. Plans were drawn. No other commitment was made by the purchasers at that stage. They already have an itemised construction cost. They are contemplating to commit for the Structure! |
