| The purchasers will be sending the deposit to our lawyer Ioli, who will undertake the conveyancing for �600. With their kind permission we shall keep you posted of progress regarding the designing of their villa, and the subsequent construction. We are real! |
| June 2001. Unfortunately the vendors changed their mind and the land is not for sale. The deposit has been returned and we are certain that Mr and Mrs Bowler will deal with us in the future. We are continously looking for land to satisfy our exclusive clients ! |

| In may 2001, Mr and Mrs Mills had a budget of �80,000. They went round to every so called "developer" at the sea front in Kato Paphos. They realised that the overheads of these developers were high and therefore would not get value for money, let alone being in an estate. They purchased this plot of land of approx. 800sm for �26,000.We designed for them a house of approx.120sm and itemised it PhaseI-Structure �21,000 and PhaseII-Completion �32,000. Beginning of August 2001 before the summer holidays we were authorised to start Phase-I the structure. Villa joyce is soon a reality! |
