| The owners of this Villa Omera have been saved the last minute from the teeth of a major developer. We sold them the land, designed the villa to their requirements and budget. We then agreed to start construction of Phase I -the concrete structure! On their next visit we agreed to start Phase II -the completion! - (They had more time to choose finishes). What a marvelous way of progressively building your house! If you rush you make mistakes, costly ones! |
