Pamper Yourself!

One great way to reduce stress is to start doing something good for you. You've been working hard and you can't be at your best if you neglect your own body, your own mind. When you feel great, you can do great things for the world!Here are some ideas to pamper yourself for the day:

  • take a nice hot shower

  • soak in bubbles with some relaxing music (not more than 15 min)

  • rinse hair with hair rinse

  • get or do a body massage for yourself

  • give yourself a manicure and pedicure

  • have a hair treatment done (cut, trim, etc.)

  • brush

  • relax with good music or a book

  • get a facial

  • do your makeup if needed

  • SMILE

  • dress well, dress in really comfy clothes

  • get a great night's beauty sleep

  • think thoughts full of LOVE!

  • Sauna: run a hot shower with the curtain pulled tightly closed. When it's really steamy, turn off shower and run a lukewarm bath. You'll feel like you're in a hot sauna.
