Menstrual
To ease PMS symptoms, take evening primrose oil.
For menstrual pain, do exercises: lie on back and move knees to one side, rest 30 seconds, then other side.
Exercise to ease PMS, before menstruation begins: Sit upright, put soles of feet together and press down (the butterfly) and inward.
For bloating: Avoid salt. It aids in retention of water.
Drink plenty of water throughout the month.
Drink water boiled 7 min. with � tsp. of fennel.
