| Giving yourself a salt rub *Put your already-made salt rub in a plastic cup or jar (never take glass into the tub). These recipes make enough for one or two rubs. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to a month. *Soak in yout bath for a moment so that your skin is completely wet. *Rub small handfuls of the salt all over your body in brisk circular mostions. Pay special attention to rough spots like elbows and heels. Avoid your face and any cuts or scratches. Rinse off. *You won't need to moisturize after your bath. The salt rub will leave your skin soft and moisturized. |
