Due to finals week and the webmaster's upcoming deportation, this page, even though not finished, has fallen into a state of disrepair. In fact, this update is being typed on a laptop, on a flight somewhere between Chicago and Los Angeles. Sorry for all the delays, soon Keefe will be taught how to do this himself without my supervision.
