Strahan can be gruff and demanding of the men and women beneath him. He does not tolerate second best work and pushes others as hard as he pushes himself. He does enjoy an relaxing evening, and doesn't begrudge others' happiness when they find it. His first love has always been the sea
History:
Strahan is the only child of two Fishermen. After his mother was lost at sea when he was 10, his father seemed determined never to come home again. Strahan had been fostered out, but longed for the rough sea tht had taken his parents from him. So, he convinced his father to take him on as a cabin boy. At the age of 15, he officially apprenticed to Stradarak and worked hard all his life. When Farstar opened up, he relished the challenge of little charted waters and took his ship, the Scarlet Queen, South.
