Submitting a Persona
As a goldrider, be it weyrling, Weyrwoman or jr WW, you must start a thread or help start a thread at least once a month. A thread means interacting with other characters, and not just your own. Solo posts are fine, but threads are what keep the group going. Gold dragons are a privilege not to be taken lightly. Failure to meet these requirements will result in 3 private warnings. After the third, your gold will be demoted to a green. Anyone on LOA is excluded from this rule, but otherwise it relates to EVERY gold.
Posting requirements are for each PERSONA, not each writer. Therefore, if you have a WW2 and a Craft Master, you will be required to post 10 times in a two month period. Rankers are no light thing. You must work to keep them, and this includes BoD members. We are not exempt from our own rules.
Level One: Weyrleader, Weyrwoman, Weyrwoman Second, Weyrleader Second, WeyrlingMaster, if there are active weyrlings, and HAD. Start a rank related thread once a month, post once a week
Level Two: Junior Weyrwoman, goldriders in general, Lord/Lady Holder, Craft Master, Headwoman, Wingleader (bronze or brown), Weyrlingmaster Second and Candidate Master if there are any candidates. Start a rank-related thread every other month, post once a week
Level three: Gold weyrling, Headwoman's Assistant, Weyrlingmaster's Assistants, Candidatemaster's Assistant, Wingseconds (bronze or brown). Start a Rank related thread once every three months, post once a week
Non-rankers: weyrlings, candidates, staff, non-metallic dragonriders, journeyman and apprentice crafters, weyrbrats, and anyone else not listed in the above have no level. Therefore are not required to start threads, but are required to post.
Warnings
Warning 1: If we don't hear from you for two weeks without an LOA notice, we send a warning email.
Warning 2: Second warning sent out two weeks after the first, if there is no reply.
Warning 3: Third warning sent out two weeks after the second, if there is no reply. Any bronze is demoted to brown and queens to green. Any rankers become staff or wingriders. Masters become Journeymen, and a new Lord/Lady Holder will be selected.
If there is still no response, two months after your last contact with us, your character becomes an adoptable, rank removed.
Leaving the Group
You may, at any time, decide to leave Red Star Weyr. If you adopted your personas, they revert back to the adoptable page. If you created the persona yourself, you may do what you like with them. Kill them off, or transfer them, whatever you want, but you must clear it with the BoD first.
Exceptions
There are always exceptions to every thing, but you'd better have a darn good reason!
