Clothing: As a rule, Siryll enjoys white. Usually seen with open tunics and cut off pants, he gets hot rather easily, even in the dead of winter. The only color he wears are on his boots and belt.
Accessories: A pair of harper-blue boots, with matching belt, that were a gifted to him the day he walked the tables. He also carries a small set of pipes that were given to him by his father.

Personality:
Some people believe that the southern sun has finally fried Siryll's brain, as he is often too chipper and always has a smile ready for those around him. This, however, does not always mean that he's enjoying himself. As a harper, he's trained himself to be the perfect listener and companion, and allows only positive emotions to shine through. That is, until everything he's bottled up inside finally explodes. While this does take some time to happen, it's certainly not pretty when it does.
History:
Siryll led a rather quiet childhood, keeping to his fathers side more often than not. The life of a typical weyrbrat hardly interested him, although he had many friends who were quite troublesome when given the chance. He loved to just listen to his father�s smooth tenor as the man sung for the riders in the Weyr, and was sure he could do the same, and so he begun practicing on the children in the creche when he was only 6.
The first time he tried, the children wailed so hard that he had to run out into the bowl to escape their cries. The fact that he believed his father would punish him once he�d found out had quickened his get away, although he cut a corner so quickly that he ran smack dab into Halden. With tear stained cheeks, Siryll had confided to his father with his rather poor excuse of trying to be a harper. A gentle smile from Halden and the promise to teach him the craft was all that was needed to start Siryll on the path of a Harper.
At the age of 12, Siryll was taken into the Harper Hall for teaching as he was already well advanced in the craft. He smoothly climbed the ranks and had, for the most part, no troubles. After his voice changed, his singing quality deteriorated, although it�s still nice to listen to and he�s improved greatly since his younger days. He now enjoys playing instruments and creating tunes more than singing, but will always entertain when asked or needed.
Only recently was a call for transfers put in, and Siryll had been chosen to go. While warm weather was not his favorite attribute of Red Star Weyr, the fact that his sister had recently joined their ranks had him going to the south with a smile.

Type: Blue firelizard

Size: Slightly smaller than most blues
Markings/scars: A sapphire body with light bands of sea-blue on his wings. A small scar from a playful feline has created a dark blue moon-effect on his chest.
Personality: Extremely inquisitive and demanding. Siryll should be exceedingly grateful that he didn�t Impress this little guy when he was still an apprentice, as Dash enjoys getting in the way whenever a hide is set down. More often than not, Siryll�s newly written song hides have talon marks in them from where the blue decided he�d like to make his own imprint as well.
History: This flit must believe he�s making up for the time Siryll never used to create trouble as a child. Dash has gotten in far over his head many times, and has at least one scar to prove it.
